Prompt service when one of our air handling/furnace units was not operating. Chris was with us in an hour. Temperature outside was minus 5 degrees C (23 degrees F). He talked me through the troubleshooting and diagnostics and identified the thermostat as the problem. Steadfast did not charge for the visit and advised me to purchase a replacement thermostat elsewhere. Really honest, helpful and friendly.
